Stacking Stones
I write about simple things for complicated minds. My weekly letters are dedicated to the practice of inwardness. Through it, we get to explore our tender relationship with the world, the wonders of dailiness, and the changing nature of life.
Stacks of stones, known as stone cairns, have been used since prehistoric times and served a few purposes, one of them being navigational aids in landscapes where other landmarks are scarce.
Through my writing, I strive to offer support and guidance in simplifying our overcomplicated minds that keep us lost in the landscapes of living.
Amidst the wealth of information and the plethora of available paths, I’d like these letters to play a similar role — of stones, stacked upon one another, serving as guideposts to help you find your own unique pathways.
I want to help you invite more clarity, calmness, and gentleness into your being. I hope to continue sharing with you the insights and learnings I integrate through my everyday practice of inwardness.
My wish is that we begin to see our vulnerability as strength and a tool for resilience and that we come together and unite in this space, sharing ourselves and our stories like guideposts for those seeking their ways.
Read my latest essays and poetry:
Every Friday, I share an essay or a poem exploring our shared human experience from a micro and macro perspective.
I listen deeply to myself, the world, and others, and at the end of the week, I gather it all and bring to you.
Many of us seek guidance in finding greater peace and happiness. For me, the amount of available information and possible paths was oftentimes overwhelming.
Through these essays, I explore ways in which we can enhance our ability for receiving guidance from the source which, ultimately, is the only sustainable one—ourselves.
